19.2. Sort Order in User Records

The sort order option is available in user records to provide various views of the available records. 

The sort options are:

  1. Code — sorts by user record code. [No code assigned] will displayed if a code is not assigned to a user record.
  2. Subjects — a multi-level sort by assigned subjects
  3. Department
    1. Subjects — a multi-panel view displaying records by assigned department and subject
    2. Code — a multi-panel view displaying records by assigned department and user record code
    3. Record Series/Record Retention
      1. Codes — a multi-panel view displaying records by assigned department and standard record series code or retention rule code
      2. Subjects — a multi-panel view displaying records by assigned department and subjects
  4. Standard Record Series
    1. Codes — displays user records by assigned standard record series code
    2. Codes and Sync — displays user records by assigned standard record series code
    3. Subjects — displays user records by assigned standard record series subjects
  5. Natural Order — displays user records by entry order
